SOS Whiskey Sour

Good things happen when you combine Whiskey and Cold Brew….

In partnership with our good pal and brilliant cocktail mastermind Justin Taylor, we’re serving up one of our favorite classics with a classy twist! Smooth Canadian Whiskey, sweet citrus Cointreau, aromatic bitters, and the velvety taste of clean brewed SOS Cold Brew come together in this new-generation Whiskey Sour sure to win over even the most sophisticated traditionalist.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1.5 oz Canadian Club 12 yr Whisky 

  • 0.5 oz Cointreau 

  • 1.0 oz Lemon Juice 

  • 0.25 oz Simple Syrup 

  • 1.0 oz Egg White

  • 0.125 oz Angostura Bitters

  • 1.0 oz Cold Brew Coffee 

  • Grated Coffee Bean

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients with the exception of the grated coffee bean in a cocktail shaker. Add Ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Double strain to a chilled cocktails glass. Garnish with grated coffee bean.
